AEW Revolution ’23 Predictions
March 5, 2023Sunday night is AEW Revolution, one of their tentpole events takes place in San Francisco that should be a good show with a couple of big matches making it an exciting card. So here are my predictions for tomorrow night.
“Jungle Boy” Jack Perry def. Christian Cage: This hopefully will be the blow off match between these two, Christian did some great stuff despite his injury, but Jack Perry will finally put away Cage and then move on to the TNT title picture potentially with this win.

The Elite def. The House of Black (AEW Trios Championship): The matchup will give people what they want in the ring but this lead up may have us wanting more from it. Since winning the trios titles The Elite have been kind of odd lately but expect the elite to come out Sunday still AEW Trios champions.

Ricky Starks def. Chris Jericho: Hopefully this is the end of this feud, and the only result is Starks defeating Jericho despite the possibility of interference from someone not from J.A.S. won’t cost Starks the match but backfire on Jericho and J.A.S. moving things along for what is next for Starks.

Wardlow def. Samoa Joe (TNT Championship): This hopefully is to repair Wardlow and make him the main event player he can be. Samoa Joe makes Wardlow earn it but in the end a powerbomb symphony, so Wardlow wins the TNT title and Joe moves on with ROH TV. Also keep an eye out for Powerhouse Hobbs who won the brass ring on Dynamite for a shot at the TNT title in the future.

Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal def. Danhausen and Orange Cassidy, The Acclaimed, The Gunns (AEW Tag Team Championship: A four way for the tag titles is next and is making the best of a messy situation. The Gunns who are young and have plenty of time for titles but for AEW’s tag division the team of Jarrett and Lethal winning the match will make the division a little more serious and maybe give us a match against FTR soon.

Adam Page def. Jon Moxley (Texas Deathmatch): Another match that will revive someone is here in this rather violent feud between Jon Moxley and hangman Adam Page. Both men have concussed each other, bleed and question themselves going into tomorrow. This match is going to be a rough but be a good match, with the Hangman coming out on top steering him maybe back into the world title picture while finally sending Moxley on a much-needed vacation.

Bryan Danielson def. MJF (60 Min. Ironman Match AEW World Championship): The main event has been great in the ring with the gauntlet of matches Danielson had to finally get MJF in a match for the world title. Sunday night will be the night AEW fans have been waiting for and that is Bryan Danielson holding the AEW championship, as much as I don’t want MJF to lose right now but Danielson becoming champion is not a bad thing especially if it leads us to a match against Adam Cole and does not set back MJF in the process.
