Bad Blood Predictions

Bad Blood Predictions

October 5, 2024 0 By Right Hook Ray

Tomorrow in Atlanta, WWE Bad Blood looks like a great card to end a rather fun week for pro wrestling. So here are my predictions for the event, which should include some intense and potentially bloody matches.

WWE Women’s Championship: Nia Jax (Champion) vs. Bayley

Bayley gets another shot to regain the WWE women’s championship from Nia Jax, who has been on an impressive all of 2024. I will gamble here and say Nia Jax retains her title only for Tiffany Stratton to finally cash in her Money in the Bank briefcase and become the new champion, especially after her outing last night on Smackdown.

Winner: Tiffany Stratton with a successful cash-in #AndNew #ItsTiffyTime

Damian Priest vs. Finn Balor

Damian Priest will finally face his former Judgement Day brother, who cost him the world heavyweight championship in Finn Balor. I wish this match could be a draw because I’m a fan of both guys, but I am going with Finn Balor to steal a win against Priest thanks to the numbers game of the Judgement Day, which may mean a bad night for the Terror Twins, unfortunately.

Winner: Finn Balor

Women’s World Championship w/ Dominik Mysterio in a Shark Cage: Liv Morgan (Champion) vs. Rhea Ripley

The other half of the Terror Twins, Rhea Ripley, gets a chance to regain the title she never lost and beat up champion Liv Morgan, whose revenge tour has gone to plan so far. But, to have this be a fair match, Dirty Dominik will be locked in a shark cage, which makes things interesting. I want to go with Mami winning here, but I have a feeling that Liv Morgan retains with some help not from the judgment day but an old friend/partner of Liv’s and nemesis of Ripley’s in Raquel Rodriguez who returns to help Morgan and possibly a new member of the judgment day.

Winner: Liv Morgan retains

Hell in a Cell Match: Drew McIntyre vs. CM Punk

The feud of 2024 may come to an end here as CM Punk and Drew McIntyre face off inside Hell in a Cell. These matches have been excellent, and this match, regardless of where it is on the card, will be a show-stealer. As much as I wanted this to be a dog-collar match, I’m sure this will be a bloody one where I don’t know and can’t decide who wins (laughs). Obviously, I can’t do that, so I will go with CM Punk to survive Hell and defeat Drew McIntyre. I don’t know where Seth Rollins falls into this match, but that may be something to keep in mind.

Winner: CM Punk

The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu) vs. Cody Rhodes & Roman Reigns

The main event will be a big one as Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu will face the team of Cody Rhodes and a returning Cody Rhodes. Once rivals become allies, Reigns and Rhodes must trust each other to stop this Bloodline. Expect another star-making performance from the werewolf Jacob Fatu, but it won’t be enough to beat the mega powers like Alliance in the ATL, so I am going with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes to win the match.

Winner: Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes
