The 2021 WWE Draft

The 2021 WWE Draft

October 7, 2021 0 By Right Hook Ray

With WWE draft wrapping up this Monday here are some of the possible high points and low points from the big shake up.

Ricochet:  This draft could hopefully, HOPEFULLY do wonders for the talented Ricochet who now is on the blue brand Smackdown. This change can possibly lead to a potential IC title opportunity or just an opportunity to showcase his skills on FOX.

Gable Steveson:  Monday Night Raw possibly had the biggest steal of the draft with selecting Olympic gold medalist Gable Steveson who could become a big star in the WWE like Kurt Angle or Brock Lesnar which could do wonders for the flagship brand that desperately needs a jolt of something to their show.

The Good ole Champion swap:  Again, another WWE draft came and gone, and the major champions swapped shows this time in women’s division with Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair changing brands. However, with Crown Jewel in a couple of weeks the titles changing hands is possible and hopefully will create some excitement and new fresh feuds on both shows.

Fresh Challengers for The Champs?  With Roman Reigns and Big E as both shows world champions (Ok WWE and Universal champions respectively) But will there be new, fresh opponents? The answers hopefully is yes with Drew McIntyre going to Smackdown and Finn Balor back to RAW should create some exciting new possibilities in the main event scene going forward especially with Survivor Series and Wrestlemania season looming around the corner.
